This course is aimed at employees or individuals looking for a career in Human Resources or needing to update their knowledge and skills.

Participants are given the opportunity to learn best practice of other organisations and will become well equipped to contribute to the Human Resource function in their own organisation.

The certificate programme is organised into four modules with an assignment each of 1500 – 2000 words.

Candidates will also complete a project. The aim of the project is to give each candidate the opportunity to apply their recently acquired knowledge and skills and to demonstrate their competence in a Human Resource related area.
